Mr. Khalilur Rahman, FCS, is a corporate professional and business leader with expertise spanning accounting and finance, corporate affairs, governance, capital markets and business development. As Managing Director of Relief Group, he provides strategic direction for the Group's diversified businesses, with a focus on disciplined investment, professional management, sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
He is a Fellow Chartered Secretary (FCS) of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh and he holds a Master's degree in Accounting and has professional exposure to audit, accounts, corporate banking, taxation and corporate affairs.
Mrs. Sadiya Foyjunnasa
Mrs. Sadiya Foyjunnasa is a business leader and strategic decision-maker serving as Chairman of Relief Group. She provides strategic direction across the Group's diversified businesses, with a focus on corporate governance, sustainable growth, responsible investment and long-term value creation.
She provides leadership and oversight to Relief Holdings Limited, Relief Exchange Limited and Relief Agro Limited, supporting their strategic development and strengthening their organizational and corporate foundations.
